Best IPTV US on a Firestick

The Firestick needs one extra step the others do not: letting Amazon know an app from outside its store is fine. About a minute of work, done once.

Install Downloader

  1. 1.From the Fire TV home screen, open Find, then Search.
  2. 2.Type Downloader and select it from the results.
  3. 3.Choose the orange Downloader icon and press Get.

Turn on installs from unknown apps

Where the switch lives depends on the age of the stick.

  1. 1.Sticks from the last few years: Settings, My Fire TV, About. Highlight the Fire TV Stick line and press the center button seven times. Back out once, open Developer Options, and switch on Install unknown apps for Downloader.
  2. 2.On an older stick: Settings, then My Fire TV, then Developer Options, and switch Apps from Unknown Sources on.
Good to know. If Developer Options is nowhere to be found, the seven presses on the About screen are what bring it back. Amazon hid it in a software update.

Open Downloader, type the app address from your WhatsApp message, and install it. Any of these three works well:

Open the player, pick the Xtream Codes login, and enter the username, password and server address we sent you. The channel list and the guide load on their own.

Do not want to sideload anything? Android boxes and Chromecast get the same players from the Play Store, and a Roku or a Samsung or LG TV needs no extra hardware. Either way, look at the full channel list before you start.
