What we collect
- The number you message from, plus any name you choose to give.
- Order details: the plan you chose, when it starts and when it ends.
- Site statistics: anonymous page-visit counts from Google Analytics.
We never ask for a card number and never see one. We keep no record of what you watch.
Why we collect it
- To create your subscription and send you the login.
- To answer questions and fix things when something needs fixing.
- To remind you before the plan ends, if you asked for that.
- To see which pages get read so the site can be improved.
Who else sees it
Nothing is sold, rented or handed over for marketing. Your details reach three suppliers and nobody else: the web host, Google Analytics, and the panel that issues your login.
How long we keep it
Order records stay while the subscription is active and for a reasonable time afterwards, so renewals and refunds can be handled. Analytics data is anonymous and expires on its own.
Your rights
Ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. One WhatsApp message does it. State privacy laws such as the CCPA give you these rights and this policy does not narrow them.
Cookies
The site sets analytics cookies to count visits. They do not identify you. Block them in your browser and the site works the same.
