Terms of service

They apply from the moment you buy or use a Best IPTV US subscription. Paying for a plan means you accept them.

Access to an internet television service for the period you paid for, on the number of screens your plan allows. Login details are issued after payment and are yours alone.

• Keep the login to yourself. Handing it to more screens than the plan covers can close the account with no refund.
• Watch at home. No showing it in a bar or a shop, and no reselling it.
• Do not copy, record or pass on anything the service streams to you.
• Use a WhatsApp number that works, so the login and later the renewal can reach you.

We keep the service running around the clock. No internet service is immune to maintenance or to problems further upstream, so a short interruption does not qualify for a refund. A failure that lasts for days does, under the refund policy.

Picture quality depends on your internet plan and your device. Around 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K is what it takes. A slow or dropping line is something only your provider can fix.

Best IPTV US provides access to streams. We do not produce, own or host any of the programming on them. Whether watching it is lawful where you live is for you to check.

Stop whenever you like by not renewing. If you break these terms the account is closed and nothing is refunded; the usual cause is a login shared past its screen count or resold.

These terms may change. The date under the heading is the last edit, and every change counts from the day it goes up.
