Best IPTV US sells access to streams operated by other companies. Nothing on this site is stored, recorded or broadcast by us, and we do not choose what those operators put out.

Copyright matters here. If you own or represent a right in something reachable through this service, send a notice and you get an answer.

We can act on a complaint only when it carries every item on this list:

• Your name, mailing address and a contact email or phone number.
• The work you say has been infringed.
• Exactly which material you are complaining about, described well enough for us to locate it.
• A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use is not permitted by the rights holder, by an agent of theirs, or by law.
• A statement that everything in the notice is accurate and that you own the right or are authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Mail it to Best IPTV US, 133-54 Peconic St, Jamaica, NY 11417, USA, or send it through the contact page. If any item on the list is missing, the notice goes back to you to complete before anything happens.

We forward a complete notice to the operator running the stream and cut off access on our side wherever we are able to. Because none of the material is on our servers, the final removal is in that operator's hands.

Think something was removed by mistake? Send a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error or hit the wrong item.

We close any account that keeps attracting valid complaints.
